My texture is light and airy—making me a fantastic enhancement for dense soil. With my acidic qualities, plants like rhododendrons, azaleas, hydrangeas, and ferns thrive in my presence! Plus, I’m black (hence my name), which adds a striking visual element! While some use me for top-dressing lawns, I suggest my sidekick, top dressing, for that purpose.
